The installer is alwaysing asking github password for amirh plugin

When it's the first time installation, it always stuck on the amirh plugin installation and asking for github credentials.

Can we simply skip or use an auto answer file to pass it?

There is already PR #1099 which would fix the issue. It just hasn't been merged...
