Investigate BambooHR integration

What: Look into syncing handbook content with BambooHR
Why: There are several pages in the handbook that refer to org structure, team management, team names, team distribution, etc. Some of them now sync with the information on the Sourcegraph team page (https://handbook.sourcegraph.com/team/); however, this is linked to some pages, and not all the info is caught. There is still manual work here: when someone changes manager, they have to go to their bio and make the changes. The same happens when a new team is created, a title changes, and so on. It would be super helpful if this could be automatically updated when a profile in BambooHR is updated.

The existing org chart page pulls from the Sourcegraph team handbook page. But the team-specific page does not (eg, https://handbook.sourcegraph.com/departments/people-talent/#the-talent--people-team)

• Can we populate the org chart with Bamboo data?
• Can we use Bamboo data for any team-related content? For example, anywhere we show team-related information on pages.
• Can teammate bios be done in Bamboo and pulled into the teams page?
