In the Customers ethics criteria page, we see the following:

[...] If anyone thinks an organization that we are working with (or considering working with) meets this criteria, contact @sqs.

This is really unclear. How does one contact "@sgs"? I presume we can contact @sqs on Twitter, in the GitHub repo here, etc., but it's really unclear. I suggest adding links so contacting works with little to no effort.
