Term project and assignments for the Spatial Programming course at Kent State University in the Spring of 2025

Term Project: Automated Watershed Delineator (AWD)

  • Input: DEM raster file (.tif, .htg, etc)
  • Output: Watershed boundaries in polygon or raster format
  • Tools used: ArcPy Spatial Analyst Module (arcpy.sa)
    • Fill, Flow Direction, Flow Accumulation, Con, Reclassify, Stream Link, Watershed, Raster to Polygon
