I suggest you investigate the idea of not specifying the $grossacc account, since if left unspecified, the gnucash QIF import wizard will
+automatically assign the same account for income and expense accounts as was chosen during the last QIF import, while at the same time
+allowing the user to change the destination account. Only one transaction will be presented for the user to choose the destination account
+for, is the "L" and "S" values are kept consistent for all transactions of the same special PayPal transaction type (e.g. "Express Checkout
+Payment Received").
