[newfeature]: seed for non deterministic obfusication

currently in vite.config.ts i have:

      ...(mode === 'production' ? [utwm({classListPath: __dirname + '/tailwindcss-mangle.json'})] : []),

requesting a seed property be created that is controlled by the end user. If they want the same mapping they can set seed to the same string otherwise the user can generate new mapping per build: crypto.randomUUID().
