Non-EN wikis being caught #25
Description
The damaging model should be only used on English wikis, but non-EN wikis with no language path (e.g. https://hkbus.fandom.com/) - as well as Gamepedia wikis - gets considered as an English wiki.
Perform a check when getting the namespace to check that a wiki is indeed English, before sending it to Cynthia for scoring.
