/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsnopt7

I tried to compile libsnopt7_ cpp.so file of arm architecture using cross compilation tool, but an error occurred after running the following command. Where can I find the missing libsnop7.so file or download the C + + interface of arm architecture
->> autoconf
->> ./configure --host=arm-poky-linux-gnueabi
