Description
Use GitHub Projects v2 GraphQL API to create or update the Board layout view with swimlanes grouped by the Status field (pipeline_stage). Column order: Backlog → Ready → In Progress → Review → Done, with Blocked as a separate column. Name this view Pipeline Board and set it as the default view. Apply via mgw:board create and document the GraphQL mutations in lib/board.cjs.
