Description
Create a GitHub Projects v2 board via the GraphQL API and define the MGW-owned field schema: Status (single-select mirroring pipeline_stage values), AI Agent (text, shows active GSD route), Phase (number), Milestone (text), and GSD Route (single-select). Write the board number and field IDs to project.json under a new board key. Use gh api graphql for project creation and field mutations. Store board metadata in .mgw/project.json.
