Final polish: archive .planning/, update package.json, add test placeholder

Summary

Bundle of small cleanup items to finalize the v1 release surface.

Acceptance Criteria

• Archive stale .planning/ROADMAP.md — it shows all phases as "Not started" despite being complete. Either remove it, move to .planning/milestones/, or update to reflect reality
• Update package.json description to match README positioning (current: generic tagline; should match the sharper npm-facing copy)
• Add a "test" script to package.json (at minimum a placeholder that doesn't error on npm test)
• Clean up any other stale .planning/ artifacts that no longer reflect project state

Notes

• .planning/ is GSD-managed state. MGW doesn't write to it, but stale files should be archived or removed for repo cleanliness
• The package.json description shows in npm search and npmjs.com — it should be polished
