Write ARCHITECTURE.md covering: the two-layer model (MGW orchestrates GitHub, GSD executes code), the delegation boundary rule (MGW never reads/writes application code), data flow diagrams showing how an issue becomes a PR, state management (.mgw/ schema, pipeline stages), how slash commands work (Markdown with process sections), how the CLI wraps Claude invocations, and how GSD artifacts flow into PR descriptions. Include ASCII diagrams for the pipeline flow. Reference validation.md's mechanical check.
