feat: define Vision Brief schema and vision-draft.md format

Summary

Define the structured Vision Brief JSON schema produced by vision-synthesizer, and the .mgw/vision-draft.md rolling document format used during the collaboration cycle.

Files

• CLAUDE.md — add Vision Brief to Key Directories and architecture section

Vision Brief Fields

• project_identity: name, tagline, domain
• target_users: array of personas with needs and pain_points
• core_value_proposition: string
• feature_categories: must_have, should_have, could_have, wont_have
• technical_constraints: array
• success_metrics: array
• estimated_scope: milestones count, phases count, complexity
• recommended_milestone_structure: array with name, focus, deliverables

• Created templates/vision-brief-schema.json — JSON Schema (draft-07) defining the structured output of the vision-synthesizer agent: project_identity, target_users, core_value_proposition, feature_categories (MoSCoW), technical_constraints, success_metrics, estimated_scope, recommended_milestone_structure
• Updated CLAUDE.md with Vision Collaboration Cycle documentation and new artifact paths
