Rename Display Information Section Headers

On the Display Information section:

• The header Display Information is kind of vague. I think it should be Designing a SDL App or something similar.
• The header * Display vs Voice* should be something like How to design an app for use in a car
• The introduction should have an explanation of why the app designer needs to retool their normal way of thinking about building an app. For example you could say:
  An application being used in a moving car has a different set of design requirements than a visually focused mobile application. Your user will be unable to look at the app's visual user interface most of the time because they will be focused on driving. Their primary way of interacting with your app should be through voice recognition (VR) commands, where the user uses their voice to execute a command instead of tapping on the user interface...
• Maybe add something about how SmartDeviceLink makes it easy to add voice recognition commands to your SDL app.
