POC - A simple Spotify-like music track list with audio playing ability

Hello,

I completed this course and wanted to start coding a small project. I have some metadata stored on IPFS that has some music attributes (Song title, audio file, album name, etc...) I have the back end built already using typescript but I have many questions regarding front end development. I am not experienced in front end development and its pretty overwhelming because there is sooooo much information and different libraries.

I am hoping an experienced front end developer can help me narrow down the tools/libraries to use. Questions below. Thanks!

It would look similar to Spotify web player below.

1. What component would be used to display each track? I looked at react-table and useTable() but I am not sure if that would be the best approach.
2. Is it better to have 2 separate vs code projects for the front end code and back end code? Or is it better to have one project with a src folder containing frontend/backend folders?
3. Is this something that could be a static website that I could store on IPFS? -if not thats okay too.
4. I understand that IPFS is a public network, but If I have an unreleased track that should be private before release, is this possible? I looked at Pinata submarine but not sure if I want to spend $20 a month for this feature. Would I have to add "reveal" metadata functionality to my smart contract? I found a few youtube videos on it but wanted to know other people's experience.
5. Any other recommendations?
