From past few updates of VS Code and this extensions itself, I see that thinking effort has gone and I cant select thinking high/medium etc for models. I am using opencode go and kilo code and z.ai coding plan. Earlier, it was there and I cant easily change thinking efforts but not I have to use other extension for Opencode go to get the thinking efforts of models.
