Hotkey collision on Ctrl+R

Describe the bug

Ctrl+R triggers Radar view reload. It is also used in local and pod terminal for reverse/back history search.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open local or pod terminal with any modern shell
2. Press Ctrl+R
3. Briefly see reverse search being triggered before whole app rerendered to a home page

Expected behavior

Ctrl+R not acting as a global hotkey while terminal is open.
