The following issues will need to occur in order for launch to occur:

  • Update the PR template - contains out of date info and links (can occur post-release)

CLI (v3)

  • Update links from next. domain to the production URL

CSA (v2)

  • Pin the dependencies to major versions to avoid breaking changes in the future.
  • Deprecate this on NPM

v2 Docs

  • Resolve sub-issues below

v3 Docs

  • Resolve sub-issues below
  • Update onboarding packages and drop the @next tag
  • We'll need to update the contributor docs with the new branch strategy

DevOp/CI/Etc

  • Migrate and follow Malte's plan for monorepo branches (ex: next -> main)
  • Overhaul CI/CD pipelines to adhere to the constant release strategy
  • Rename /sites/next.skeleton.dev to /sites/skeleton.dev in monorepo next branch.
  • Add protection to prevent new PRs targeting v2 branch
