currently, on file change, we run yarn pipeline:tests

generate-swap-project/scripts/gulp-tasks/watch.js

Line 36 in 86ce45e

const build = cb => shell.exec('yarn pipeline:tests --color always', cb)

Instead, we shoud lint and transpile only the modified file, and then run all the test suite.
