Hi, thanks for the project.

When working on #81 I ended up modifying the .gitignore to the following

.venv
node_modules/
/test-results/
/playwright-report/
/blob-report/
/playwright/.cache/
*.pyc
package*.json
playwright.config.*

this helped me, so I thought I'd share here, rather than a PR in-case anyone gets lots of files to remember not to commit

virtualenv
compiled byte-code
node_modules & npm nonsense
playwright config
