Now that the master branch has been updated to Python 3.10, there shouldn't be a need anymore to keep the py_310 branch. I think the only thing that depends on it is the SIL-NLP Word Alignment Pipeline Example.ipynb notebook in the PABNLP drive. I'll go ahead and make that fix, and if I don't hear of anything else that depends on it after a day, I'll go ahead and delete the branch.

@ddaspit When I tried to test the notebook, I discovered that it looks like the NLP Tools/silnlp folder in the PABNLP drive has been deleted. Since that folder had all the data for the notebook, I'm not able to get it running. Do you know what was in that folder/would you be able to restore it?
This would have contained alignment experiment folders with config.yml files setup for the different gold standard Bible alignments that we have access to. I could probably recreate the folder enough to be able to run the notebook. It looks like it only runs an experiment on the ESV NT.
