Could I get some clarification on the requirements and motivations for this issue? Is the need just to have pdf output when translating? And is this motivated by a need the EITL team has, or is it something that's being considered for Serval and needs to be tested in SILNLP first?

This came out of our onboarding-related breakout at the conference. One pain point the EITL team mentioned was that sending bare usfm files isn't always the neatest. A low-hanging fruit (potentially) idea was to render a pdf of the usfm when translating - much easier to look over at a glance or send between folks over email. I don't know if this is still a live idea or if the EITL team has more thoughts. Someone just asked me to capture it in an issue :).

It is a live issue - and something that we should prioritize fairly soon.
