Many teams are now using Crowdin for translation. Make a note to this effect in the H2DD, or at least encourage users to to contact developers before they begin translating "to avoid duplicate work or to see if anything has changed."

This is likely going to become irrelevant, since I think we're in the process of abandoning in-app localization.
