When reporting an AggregateException, report inner exceptions #40
Description
When an AggregateException is reported, there is usually nothing helpful in the top-level exception. By default, I think we should spin through the inner exceptions and report them. If there a lot and most/all are of the same type, we should probably report only a few of them. We can still report the top-level AggregateException as well, along with an added custom property indicating how many inner exceptions were included.
