Docker Galera Provision failed

Version Tested

• Mariadb 10.5

Found multiple raisons of prov failure

• The wsrep_provider_options was old and no more compatible with the start of galera node (this was fixed )
• The datadir option need be explicitly set in config or mariadb-backup will failed ( this no more the case with nosplitpath)
• No FS should be mounted in the datadir if the case mariadb-backup restore will failed not being able to empty the datadir

The first node to be bootstrap

• Should have config gcomm empty (work fine so far but need to be refine for raison it happen in this task description )
• it conflict with the service that is using command = mysqld --wsrep_new_cluster in some case ( need check that we don't use that as the service should not change once provision)
• It become the VMaster
• If VMaster is discover restarting a server should fetch a config with gcomm contains all cluster nodes
