Feature Request

I just had the Talos 1.9.4 -> 1.9.5 upgrade fail because the MAC address on the bridge with my node's primary IP changed, breaking DHCP. I don't see anywhere to configure MAC addresses for interfaces (especially virtual ones like bridges or bonds). Please add this.
