Describe the bug
On my 14-inch MacBook Pro, the bottom editing area (toolbar + timeline) gets cut off vertically. The Speed and Annotation controls are completely hidden below the visible area, and there's no vertical scroll so I can't reach them at all.
I can see the zoom, trim, aspect ratio controls and the timeline itself, but the Speed and Annotation options are just not there — they're pushed below the viewport and there's no way to scroll down to them.
Expected behavior
All editing controls should be accessible on smaller screens. The bottom panel should either scroll vertically, or the layout should adapt so everything fits within the available screen height.
To Reproduce
- Open a recording in the editor on a 14-inch MacBook (1512x982 resolution)
- Look at the bottom editing area below the video preview
- Notice that Speed and Annotation controls are not visible and there's no way to scroll to them

Additional context
Probably affects any laptop with a shorter display. The editor layout seems built for taller screens and doesn't account for limited vertical space.
