Even if I map a custom attribute to the controller
'Enlight_Controller_Action_PostDispatch_Frontend_Forms'

The attribute is not available in smarty at all.

hmm ok, seems SW just does not provide attribute values in forms at all :p

I am sure that was fixed in newer versions
