Title bar too thin in HiDPI #27

Using Xfce 4.14 and after moving up to a 4k display it seems the only way to get appropriately-scaled title bars is to use the "Default-xhdpi" theme.

Is a version of Bluebird that scales to HiDPI available/possible?
