Problem for the conversion of GPA to grades - Concordia University #73

There is a problem in the percentage and GPA conversion chart for Concordia University in Montréal.

For instance, if you have a 3.5 GPA the percentage is 74.5 even though the grad rubric states that it is between 77-79 & 80-84.
