Description

The MetricsHub CLI displays the ® character as ? in the output of the version command when run on Windows. This issue is likely caused by an encoding mismatch on Windows systems.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the metricshub --version command on a Windows system.
Observe that the ® character is displayed incorrectly as ?.

Expected Behavior

The ® character should be displayed correctly as part of the MetricsHub branding in the CLI output.
