Platforms default icon

In the MetricsHub Connector Maven Plugin, an option has been added to allow using a default platform icon if any platform icon is missing, and this must be configured in the MetricsHub documentation’s pom.xml.

Dark mode for tiles in CSS.

The documentation’s CSS must be updated to enable tile color changes in dark mode. Additionally, Full Listing page needs to be added to the menu.

Issue #546: Add default platform icon option & dark-mode tile colors

* Updated MetricsHub Connector Maven Plugin's version to 1.0.08-SNAPSHOT.
* Added dark mode tiles and tiles CSS code from MetricsHub Connector Maven Plugin.
* Added a default.png which will be used as a default platform icon if any icon is missing.
* Added Connectors Full listing HTTP page in the site.xml.
* Updated MetricsHub Documentation pom.xml to specify the default platform icon filename.
* Tested everything using the Maven Plugin.
