When to visit Ella

The best time of year to visit Ella is from January to May, as with the
South Coast beach towns. Ella will have hot but comfortable days, with
cool, pleasant evenings. There is least rain in Ella from April onwards.
We were in Ella in early May, and the weather was perfect every day.
Warm in the days and not too cold in the evening. Unlike other areas in
Sri Lanka however, Ella can be visited year-round.
