At least, it's a nice-to-have when producing reports. It can be included in JUnit reports. Partitioning tests for parallel runs could also benefit from knowing how long each test takes.

Storing times can be done similarly to or alongside the test outcomes. We may want to avoid JSON to save a library dependency if it's reasonable.
