Make the uploading of a spreadsheet a background job

When users upload a spreadsheet through the dynamic table, users need to wait for the upload to be finished before they can do anything else on the platform.

It would give a better experience if, instead, a background job was launched.

Constraint: The sample type should be locked as long as the upload job is running.

Nice to have: User have the option to be notified by email when the upload is finished
