No scroll bars in IE for Double Splitbox

While this feature works in Chrome, no scroll bars appear in the Double Splitbox when used in IE8.

Yep, another thing I noticed yesterday, I'm thinking of always showing scrollbars on the double split box, although there is no problem with them :hover-showing on the sidebar right? So a fix would be nicer than just forcing them. If we can't find out what's wrong then we'll have to change overflow: hidden to overflow: auto for .overflow {..} and maybe just comment out .overflow:hover {..}.
