Nothing documented in the website or repository.
Anyway, the input to FeenoX is a .msh file, so FreeCAD should feed its output to Gmsh.
They both use OpenCASCADE, so using the native .brep format will be lossless.

You can also try SunCAE at www.seamplex.com/suncae and upload a FreeCAD-generated STEP file.

Are you guys up to writing an example or tutorial?

I just remembered that actually there is one: https://github.com/seamplex/piping-asme-fatigue
The repository has the BREP exported from FreeCAD. I'd have to look for the actual native file for the CAD.

Thank you for the info. Just seeing if cross-pollination of projects is possible. Very cool to see the progress you've all made.

It is. Do you have the background so as to write a FEM workbench for FreeCAD that uses Gmsh+FeenoX?
I can provide guidance on this side of the fence.

The 2 fellas i CC'd possibly could or know of someone(s) who do(es).
They are currently improving the FEM workbench in FreeCAD.
