构建时尽量减小镜像大小，将不必要的文件进行压缩，在run的流程中才解压。
比如registry缓存镜像目录，可以build之后压缩，run的时候进行解压，需要满足镜像的layer机制。
bin目录下的二进制进行upx压缩后，kubernetes:v1.19.8镜像从774MB减小到391MB。

I think when registry dir > 1G, trigger to compress the DIR.
