Plotting channels into linked labels layers #190

Playing around with the exemplar-002 dataset I noticed that if I link the 4 labels layers and I try plotting the matrix on top the result is wrong:

the layers name don't get updated
the labels get colored, but with a wrong color.

I suspect that the wrong color is due to a wrong scaling of the colormap, that is normalized to a single layer instead of all the 4 layers.

I think that we can fix this. This would lead to a convenient user experience to plot genes onto multiple layers at once.
