Better documentation

I think there is a real need to document all the things that are put in here better.

I was trying to run the SANS reduction that uses widgets and i was lucky i knew i needed to get the data files from Lamar's loki_tube_scripts repo, because it does not say anywhere where the files are stored (there is a mention of OwnCloud in the top level Readme but that's for imaging files).

I guess we probably first need to figure out how to organise all these things, before we can start writing good documentation.
However, we should maybe try to make a decision on this sooner rather than later?
