Input: add sn/Simon Lim id/A01C pn/John Cena p/+60 123456789 e/johnd@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25
Expected output: John Smith is successfully added to the contact list
Actual output: Invalid phone number error message thrown.

Justification for severity label: While it is written in the user guide that only Singaporean phone numbers can be added, I believe it remains a feature flaw because there is no reason why daycares cannot accommodate students whose parents do not have local phone numbers. It is possible that the student lives in Johor Bahru (JB) and travels to and fro to Singapore daily, and hence have no need to have a local phone number.
It is entirely realistic for such students to be in a daycare, and they might not be the minority, hence I believe that the lack of this feature causes occasional inconvenience, and it can deter users from using the product. Furthermore, it is not mentioned in the UG/DG that this is a planned enhancement.
