Hello,

We noticed that your main.nf is using DSL1 syntax which is not supported by nextflow.

Do you have a plan to upgrade it to DSL2?

Hello @TsangJennifer,

Yes a new version of tractoflow is in development and should be ready by the end of the year but 🤫 😅
In the mean time, you can still use tractoflow with nextflow <= 21.* easily
Check this link for a compatible version of nextflow: https://github.com/nextflow-io/nextflow/releases/tag/v21.10.6
