Error Due to Default local_batch_size_gpu Setting in Non-GPU Environments

Hello,
I have completed testing the updated version and noticed that the default setting for local_batch_size_gpu is 10000. This configuration leads to an error when the GPU is not utilized (please refer to the attached screenshot for details). To prevent this issue, I suggest modifying the nextflow.config file to set local_batch_size_gpu to 0.
