[Feature request] Can be configured to not search the body, only search the file name and headers

My notes have a lot of content, and my searches are lagging. I often get stuck in my searches

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to speed up my search by narrowing down the search content. By configuring the search content, such as searching for file names, headers.

Additionally, if only searching file names and headers, can it achieve a search effect similar to obsidian cmd+o? For example: if the search content is smart composer, I can use smco to search for keywords, but obsidian-omnisearch cannot do this currently, even if I have enabled Fuzzy enough.
