How to create file association with .scala.html to Template Editor? #48

Using Eclipse Juno and the associated version of this plugin, I am faced with the problem of templates (.scala.html) not being associated with the "Template Editor", but rather they open as plain HTML. In file associations I can't seem to add ".scala.html" file extension (I am guessing it strips the first part).

I'm surprised I can't find this documented.

Okay, I see that once I "open with" for each template, it remembers that association. But this is surely not the best that can be done?

In Eclipse, go to Window -> Preferences. Then, under General -> Editors -> File Associations, change *.html to use Template Editor by default.
