Upon making a successful warranty claim, the repaired/replaced product often comes with a warranty on the work done/new product. Currently, this can be modeled in Warracker by adjusting the warranty expiration date, but this is a bit awkward.
I think the ability to add mark whether you got a:
- repaired product, or
- refurbished replacement product, or
- new replacement product
and what the warranty on the repair/replacement is, would be a very nice enhancement to the claims functionality.
