Autofill Forms used to work but doesn't now

I used Autofill Forms for a long time and it was perfect. Then I installed it on my new computer (went from Windows 7 to 10). It no longer shows up when I right click when filling out a form. Clicking on the icon does nothing either. Only once did clicking the icon work, when it filled in my name and address all at once (instead of item by item) on a form. Aside for that one instance, it's been useless.
