Health and Magic UI element cleanups

If possible, the health and magic vials under your inventory should have a transparent background. As of now, they have a black square around them.

Also, the rune shelf is invisible and only appears once you place runes on it. It would be nice if, as in the original, there was a physical shelf UI object that the runes would sit on. This shelf should behave like the other UI elements and be moveable, etc...

It is impossible to have transparent background for vials, because vials sprites from game have black background.

Is it possible to trim around the vials to remove the black and have the UI element be just the vial itself instead of a box around it?
