If am i Click another page anchor tag with set to correct position

I am using responsive tabs to our website. I have insert tab option on some other page giving many other list ID attribute then and i give to the link in another page. If i am click on another page anchor tag link to get correct position to the tab active url and set to scroll function to the title. If need to change the this is correct.
