[Bug]: Squirrels can spawn on water #153

What happened?
this is in a single biome world, of a biome squirrels are able to spawn in
I noticed squirrels are able to just spawn on water, rather than being restricted to a solid block
this should be changed so they can only spawn on blocks in a specific tag, probably leaves and grass
